One Hung Low

I was 13 and just getting used to the recently discovered pleasure of masturbation when I happened to notice myself in the bathroom mirror. I was frightened to see that one of my balls hung lower than the other one. I was afraid that jacking off had somehow damaged my testicles. Every chance I had, I tried to tuck the lower one higher into my scrotum to make them of equal size.

I am old enough to be one of the fortunate guys who took PE when boys stripped, so I began to look at everybody's balls in the locker room and showers. Some balls were small, delicate spheres. Some were larger and appeared of equal size. A third group were definitely bigger, often displaying the unequal sagging that worried me.

I confided my fears to a very good friend. We decided to compare balls (our first sexual exploration) and discovered that for both of us the left testicle hung lower than the right. Incidentally, we experienced our first mutual wank as a result of this examination, although that's not the point.

Time went by and one day my friend said he had read in a library book that it is normal for the left testicle to hang lower, something about regulating the temperature of a guy's balls. We were normal! It was the boys with equal balls who were "different," and we laughed about what we'd learned.

Anyway, in the process of frequently examining and jacking and playing around in a very private way, we made up a joke saying that we had Chinese balls named "Won Hung Lo."
