New thread: It came up when my sister called last night, she is sending "David" her 15-year-old son to summer camp for two weeks. I am beaming him all my good wishes. I hope he has the time of his life. Being 15 and having two weeks with a cabin full of boys at camp... How I remember those days myself. Some camps are not opening due to the economy and the shutdown. How tragic for the kids.

I think I understand what you are wishing for your nephew: The sort of personal adventures that bring all of us together on these blogs. I hope the kid enjoys camp in the same way that I did!
ReplyDeleteAre we going to get a report on David's camp experience? Of course the boy is not going to blab intimate details, but his uncle will surely pick up positive or negative vibes when the kid returns.
