The Smooth Blonde Kid

 I knew a kid in elementary and high school who had the same unnaturally pale skin, white-blond hair, and milky blue eyes as the kid in this story. And like Calvin, his voice didn't change much - it wasn't the piping voice of a child anymore, but could easily have been mistaken for the voice of a young woman - plus, he had no discernible body hair. I never saw him naked, but when we were seventeen and eighteen I saw him several times in swim trunks, and besides having no beard, he had no hair anywhere else either, not even in his armpits. I thought that there must be something wrong with him.

I hadn't thought about this guy for many years, but seeing a recent story here inspired me to track him down on the internet. It turns out that he died a couple of years ago (he was in his late sixties), but his obituary mentioned an ex-wife and a daughter, so I assume that he was able to function as a man.
