I can testify that there are some boys that will go ahead and "do it" like that scout who did it, despite somebody else being nearby and fully aware of what was going on.
I don't know how old I was, probably around 15. We were on vacation (my mother and sister and me). Mom stopped at a highway rest area. There was no question about it, that kid was punchin' his clown.

Here's my analysis of this encounter. The younger boy was on a family vacation and had not shot his load for days. The rest area was heaven for him. Suddenly he was alone. He wasted no time as his hand got into the rhythm of pumping his stiffie. He was almost there. Almost, almost. And then you walked in and stood right beside him. He tried desperately to delay his climax until you finished pissing, but that was impossible for the poor kid. Possibly hating himself for what he had to do, he gave himself the last few final strokes and delivered his hidden blast into the urinal. Poor kid. He was not doing it for your benefit, he was doing it out of frustration because he was almost there.

DeleteI think he wanted someone to come in and see what he was doing. If he did not want anyone to see, he would have went into a stall and shut the door so nobody would see such a private thing. You were the random one who came in, while he was working his thing. Since you were close to his age, I wonder if he took a peak at you taking a pee and hoping maybe you would join the activities?
